**Position Overview:**
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and products.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Advise clients on HVAC system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or associate's degree in HVAC technology preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
